Detailed Itinerary: Arrive to a traditional welcome in Cochin. Our representative will be at the Air port receive you and will assist you to your hotel where you can relax for the remaining part of the day. Afternoon proceed for a half day city tour of Cochin.

Cochin has now been renamed Kochi. Kochi comprises 10 islands in the midst of the Arabian Sea and the backwaters. Vembanad Lake also meets the sea at Kochi.
Overnight stay would be at Cochin.

Day 2: Cochin:-Beauty spot of Kerala.

Detailed Itinerary: - Morning sightseeing tour of Cochin which includes commercial and trade center of Kerala, it is one of the world's optimum natural harbors. Cochin (Kochi) is a gateway for Kerala. Cruising on the backwaters provides quick look of the rural life, fine view of the harbor and three islands. Gundudwip is the smallest of the islands at Kochi. Roman Catholic Santa Cruz cathedral is another attraction of Kochi. You will surely enjoy the climate and places of visits.

Day 3: Cochin

• Explore the Ernakulam market for the whole day.

Detailed Itinerary: - Ernakulam is a town of temples and churches with all the gifts of nature.
Coconut trees give a shade to the town. Ernakulam was the capital of Kochi kingdom in the past. The temples of lord Shiva and lord Krishna in this city attract the devotees throughout the day.

Day 4: Cochin-Kumarakom: - Man-made island in the Vembanad lake.

Detailed Itinerary: - It is a gorgeous backwater destination situated on the banks of Vembanad Lake. After that, we will leave for the Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary. It is also a center for houseboat cruises. Then, overnight stay in hotel.

Day 5: Kumarakom

• Visit Kumarakom bird sanctuary.
• Watch different types of migratory birds.
• Main attractions are local birds like the waterfowl, cuckoo, owl, egret, heron, cormorant, moorhen, darter, Brahminy kite and the duck, as well as the migratory birds.

Detailed Itinerary:- Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary (also known as Vembanad Bird Sanctuary) is situated at Kumarakom in Kottayam district in the Indian state of Kerala, on the banks of Vembanad Lake. Set in the Kerala Backwaters the bird sanctuary is an ornithologist's paradise and a favourite haunt of migratory birds. Siberian crane, Parrot, teal, lark, flycatcher and other birds are seen here during their respective migratory seasons. Some of the migratory birds come from the Himalayas, and a few from far away Siberia.

Dawn is the ideal time for bird watching when the birds prepare to leave their forest homes and fly over the lake. An early morning trek, well before sunrise, is recommended for avid bird watchers.
Overnight stay at Kumarakom.

Day 6: Kumarakom-Munnar
Morning: Drive to Munnar (135 kms/04½ hrs) enroute visit tea plantations. On arrival in Munnar, check in at hotel. Afternoon: Boat ride in the lake.

Day 7: Munnar: - Heaven for nature lovers.

Detailed Itinerary: - Largely covered by tea plantations, this little hill resort offers awe-inspiring scenery. Situated at an altitude of 1525 meters, this town, 135 km from Cochin, has an enliven climate. There are many colonial bungalows and buildings in Munnar.

There are many waterfalls and lakes which gives you the feeling of heaven. Also, there are fascinating high ranges, lakes and streams and gorgeous views of stratocumulus clouds and mist-filled valleys. Visit tea gardens.

Munnar is a favourable place for the newly wed couples. After visiting these things, Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 8: Munnar-Vandenmedu
Morning- Drive to Vandenmedu.

Detailed Itinerary: - Vandenmedu is the largest producer of cardamom in the world and is also one of its biggest auction centers. Located in Idukki district at an altitude of around 4000 ft on the Western Ghats, Vandenmedu is 25 km from Thekkady. Idukki is a heavily forested district, with around half its area under forests..

Day 9: Vandenmedu

Half day visit Tea Factory at Kailasam & Overnight at hotel.

Day 10: Vandenmedu-Periyar
Early Morning: Drive to Periyar (100 kms/03 hrs) and on arrival, check in at hotel.

• Periyar wildlife sanctuary
• Different kinds of species of mammals, birds, snake etc.

Detailed Itinerary: - Periyar Spread-eagled over an area of 777 sq. km, this wildlife sanctuary has about 35 tigers and leopards. This wildlife sanctuary is situated in the hills of the Western Ghats in the state of Kerala. The park encompasses a 26 sq. km artificial lake and is the home of sambars, wild boars, elephants and antelopes which can be occasionally seen on the banks of the river during a boat cruise. Then, return back to the resort for your overnight stay.

Day 11: Periyar

• Different kinds of species of mammals, birds, snake etc.

Detailed Itinerary:- Artificial lake is the main attraction. Periyar, otherwise, blessed by nature has huge amount of tea, coffee, pepper and cardamom plantations and has luxuriant greenery.

Go for a morning cruise along the Periyar River and check out wild elephants enjoying themselves in the cool water. They become too wild when they are in need of food or somebody disturbs them without any work. Then, return back to the resort for your overnight stay.

Day 12: Periyar – Madurai: - ‘Athens of India’.
In morning: Drive To Madurai.

Day 13: Madurai

• Mariamman teppakulam holy pond

Detailed Itinerary: - Nayak mahal bears the Rajasthani and Indo-serasenic architectural style. There you can watch attractive sound and light show narrating the glorious days of the Nayak kings. Visit the Mariamman teppakulam holy pond. It is very famous for its holy water. You can walk up and down the temple, take to visit the temple.

Day 14: Madurai – Chennai
Transfer in time to Airport to connect Flight for Chennai.
